The romantic film is set against the backdrop of the Goa drug mafia. The story begins with Ramya Gowariker (Ramya Krishna) in the voice of a police officer.
The father of a police officer from Vasco da Gama (Akash Puri) was killed on duty and he has only one goal – to earn a large sum of money for his grandmother Mary (Ram Prabha) to run a charity. He soon joins the kidnapping gang. He and his childhood friend Annie join the most famous drug mafia Lord Rodriguez gang in Goa. Vasco became king of the underworld of Goa. Vasco falls for the charm and ‘behind’ beauty of a young musician named Monica (Kedika Sharma).
Vasco da Gama becomes rich when his boss is killed in a shooting, but the police chase him. Meanwhile, the boy is seduced by local beauty Monica (Ketika Sharma). Ramya Gowariker arrested Vasco da Gama in one case and was sentenced to life imprisonment in that case.
