Badla movie has finally hit the big screens featuring Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles. Whereas, this is their 2nd movie After ‘Pink‘ which was released in 2016. Overall, the movie seems promising and here we are with Badla 2019 Movie Review.
Badla Review
It is already known that the movie is based on the Spanish film ‘The Invisible Guest’. But, does how good is the story of the movie?
Badla movie story is about a murder with no clue. This is what makes the story to the next level. Naina’s character played by Taapsee Pannu plays a very important role until the first half of the movie. Amrita Rao’s character which comes on the 2nd half builds up the story.
Overall, Badla movie story is quite different from The Invisible Guest but have the same feel to it.
Badla Music Review
Badla contains some good songs with meaningful lyrics. The song Kyun Rabba by Amaal Malik and Armaan Maik is highly appraised. On the other hand, song Aukaat by Amitabh Bachchan with his strong voice feels good when it matches with the scenes.
The background music has effectively matched with the suspense scenes. Moreover, the film has just 5 songs with groovy music and the overall work of the music has done very well.
Badla Actors Performance
As we are already impressed by the performance of Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu in Pink 2016 film. In Badla, Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu played a good role and it has impressed the audience.
Amitabh Bachchan has single handily managed to take the film on the next level. His robust voice and captivating personality fit in his every character. And, he effortlessly attracts the audience with his roles.
On the other hand, Taapsee Pannu fit in every character whichever has assigned to her. In this film, she has done a married woman character which she executed extremely well. And, after a long time, we see Amrita Rao on the big screens. Along with Amitabh Bachchan, Amrita Rao has played a supporting character very well.
Malayalam actor Tony Luke who makes his Bollywood debut with this film. His role is convincing in this movie. And, he has a good screen presence and fits his character very well.
