The producers stood slightly dissatisfied that fans who desired to see Ajith vs Surya movie at the box office during Pongal in the year 2022.

Etharkkum Tunindhavan is an action thriller film starring Suriya as the lead character. The other supporting characters are in the film are Sathyaraj, Suri, Vinay Roy, Priyanka Arul Mohan, Rajkiran, Saranya Ponvannan, and MS Bhaskar. Cinematographer R Ratnavelu, Editor Reuben, Composer de Imman are on the technical team. The film has written and directed by Pandiraj and produced by Sun Pictures.

Surya shared the first look poster on Twitter. In this poster, Surya looks handsome, powerful, and strong in a red avatar. His look in the poster confirms that he was focused and determined on something. The film has set to release in theaters on February 4, 2022. Surya also confirms that the film will be released in five different languages besides Tamil.

Although it has long been believed that the film’s release date is December 24, 2022. Although it has never been officially announced, the latest sensation is that it will be released a week earlier on 04 February 2022.
