The rumors turned out to be true after Keerthy confirmed his new movie with Ajay Devgn. Whereas, the movie is based on Syed Abdul Rahim Biopic, a known Indian Football coach from 1950s.
During an interview, Keerthy said, “Syed Abdul Rahim’s story is a forgotten chapter in Indian history and I am glad that the makers are telling it through a film.”
Whereas the movie is produced by Boney Kapoor. Also, during an interview, he said, “Its also a conservative love story which focuses on the couple’s life after marriage. Keerthy is one of the most successful actresses in Tamil, Telegu and Malayalam cinema. Her presence would give us an enhanced reach in the Southern belt.”
This ensures that we might see more South India actors coming to Bollywood. There is no doubt that the craze for the South Indian actors has grown huge in a couple of years.
